I E.koekemoer has purchased a brand new Nissan almera 2020 1.5 manual from Star Nissan. The car was delivered by sales representative and was delivered to me in Nelspruit Mpumalanga late January 2020.

I was very happy with the car until on less than 2000km odo when you drive over a speed bump the car makes a horrible noise.

I then took the car to Nissan Nelspruit They told me that it was a faulty shock and that it will be replaced on warranty. To make things worse they refused to vacuum the car as I quote we only clean service bookings. They also did not do the wheel alignment after replacing the shocks they told me it would cost me R250 to do that for me.

After three days the car still makes the horrible sound when driving over the speed bumps. I have really lost my liking in Nissan as I believe a new car should not do that.
