Nightmare Nissan Magnite

I bought a Nissan Magnite in 2021 at Robs Nissan and from the its been a nightmare 1. Funny sound wen braking 2. Sound in the exhaust 3. Issues with central lock system 4. Boot that would've open

We took the car back to Robs Nissan in Bronkhortspruit and the sound on the exhaust was fix n they claimed from Nissan SA as it was still under warranty.

We took the car to Robs Nissan again wen we started having a problem with the boot not opening which happened within six months of purchase it was fix n it started again which meant we where going back n forth to Nissan about the same issue for a year until manager Johan became very rude and aggressive wen we asked him to change our car as we not finding joy with it

We reported at Nissan SA n was assisted by Ompile our complaint was resolved without our issue being resolved We had a total of 3 consultants including supervisor Nondi, non were helpful honestly

2024 we had a problem with our exhaust again which dislocated from the car. We reported at Nissan SA n were told that the car was out of warranty n we were went to fix it at a private place we found that Robs Nissan used old parts to cut and join the faulty exhaust to say we are disappointed is an understatement.
