New Qashqai BS! weak product Nissan SA even worse
I have tried not to reach this point but after 3 weeks of absolute shoddy and pathetic service I have no choice but to expose Nissan Bethlehem and Nissan SA. What a useless duo.<br> Brand New Nissan Qashqai had is first service (15 000km) early march 2016. A mere 2 weeks later the clutch was broken. On the 20th March the car was towed to the Bethlehem dealership. After 3 days and only after calling Nissan SA was the car attended to. Long story short... the clutch was removed and sent to Pretoria. This was done 30th March (tracking No WARQ86411). TODAY 4th April Nissan SA says they have not received the clutch. This will now be 3 weeks of the car just sitting there unattended to. The infuriation and frustration cannot be put in words, how useless is NISSAN really. <br> Contrary to nissan's claims that the clutch is the drivers fault there are a number of complaints of Qashqai owners complaining about the exact same ****. Nissan hides behinds its warranty, to say their warranty does not cover the clutch is BS!!! The build of the clutch is a serious problem that they ought to be liable for. One cannot be expected to change the clutch every 15 000kms.<br> Bongani is handling my case I hav
