New Nissan Qashqai defective, no answer

We bought our Nissan Qashqai 2014 1.6DCi tekna new shape thinking we wont sruggle with a new car but before its 10000km milage the master warning light with the handbrake light sometimes keep on flashing when driving and the handbrake sometimes only engage on one side,wehad it at 4 differant dealerships multiple times but still no one knows whats wrong. It also went haywire with electronics couldnt start and keeps on showing errors 30000km,after 4 weeks of struggling with dealerships the problem was supposedly fixed , but just yesterday it happen again and needed to be loaded on a lowbed as it couldnt start ,releae the handbrake or do anything.So problem still not fixed. it was said to be loose wiring faulty console,battery etc. So i would at least want a courtesy car of the same class as its the 8th time struggling and everything fixed or a new car as it doesnt feel like a new car,innitionally I was more than pleased with my new Nissan Qashqai 1.6 DCi Tekna,but it wasnt long lived.I will advise everybody I come across not to go for Nissan and even go to te papers and ombudsman if necessary as i have more than enough proof, if my problem isnt fixed or replaced to my satisfactio
