New Nevara with faulty gearbox
I bought a new Nissan Nevara 2.5 XE Nevara. I drove 300km with it and then heard a noise on the gearbox as soon as u release the clutch and the bakkie is in neutral. Ive phoned several times. The suggestion is that the gearbox be opene. I mean, its brand new. Why open it? And not replace it? Is this fair? 300km. I lost my trust and confidence in it. Its my subsidised vehicle. Now I am stuck. Cause I am afraid that it might break down. If I look at other customers who has the same complaints...why doesnt Nissan do something about it?
