Never will I purchase a Nissan again!!!

I am highly dissatisfied with the turn around time of repairs on the purchase of my new Nissan Magnite. 3 months and having issues with the reverse, as I understand that these things can happen what I don’t understand is why does it have to take so long to get repaired. Its 2 weeks without a vehicle which is very inconvenient for me as I have no alternative transportation. How long does it take for an approval for the necessary repair work to be completed? It will be going onto 3 weeks which is ridiculous seeing that this car is still under warranty. I've made a complaint online and no assistance, Nissan umhlanga says they waiting for approval it's 2 weeks. I will never buy a Nissan again!!!
