Neggligence and bad custormer service from nissan .
I bought the Nissan Navara *****th 4x4 bakkie in 2019 ,i had a great time with bakkie until 16th December 2021 when the Engine broke down and it was replaced ,I got the bakkie back in March ,since then ,it has been back and forth to nissan time and again as it keeps on breaking both Turbos ,they can't tell me what is causing the damage on turbos and no one seems to know what is happening ,the dealership is blaming Nissan technical and in my opinion ,there is something I am not being told by either the Dealership or the custormer services. The last time the turbos broke down was in December 31.2022 and I sent it to tgem in the first week of January 2023 ,untill now nothing has been done ,the dealership is telling me they are not getting help from Nissan sa and now they are stuck as they belive that they need to put new engen and turbos again but ghe warranty department is taking none of this .The dealership gave me a curtesey vehicle after 2 months of me hitch-hiking and last week I got a call from them telling me to bring back the car even though there is still no solution with my bakkie.I work 72 km away from where I stay and this bakkie was my only mode of transport.I have never had such a terrible treatment like the one I am reciving from Nissan sa.I cannot understand why must I struggle like this for a year and a half with their unit ,why would their engineers not be able to find the fault on the unit. Why must I get so terrible treatment from the brand that pride itself for being at the forefront of the bakkie world in south africa,I feel very dissapointed and betrayed by Nissan south africa and will find it very hard to associate myself with this brand and I feel for those who still think of buying the navarra bakkie as they will be having no support when they need help from the brand .
