Navigation car ******

I have taken my car for service and due to previous experiences at car washes told them about my navigation card and showed them.This was to say can it not be ******.To my surprise after the was was done , the naviagtion map wasn't working and realise it is ******.

I reported the matter even now since September.I will never take my car for service in this branch
