Nandi & Brett from Nissan Edenvale, FANTASTIC SERVICE!

Where to start? After visiting another dealership and getting the worst service imaginable, I was feeling very negative about purchasing a larger vehicle. I then went to Nissan Edenvale, and WOW! Just WOW! From the SECOND I walked on to their second hand vehicle floor, I just received ABSOLUTE FANTASTIC service. I saw a 2018 Hyundai Creta that caught my eye. Nandi from Nissan Edenvale immediately offered for us to test drive the vehicle, and she was extremely friendly and professional the whole drive. After the test drive, we pulled our old car in for an evaluation. The key was noy even out of the ignition yet, and a whole team of people came to evaluate the vehicle. We got offered a whole lot more for our old vehicle than the previous dealership was willing to offer. From there, we filled in paperwork, and thought we would have to wait until Monday to find out if we were approved for the Creta, (we visited the dealership on the 16th of December, obviously a public holiday) but no. To our happy surprise, the dealership called us on Saturday to advise us that we have been approved, and could collect the vehicle on Monday. Monday morning when we got to the dealership, again, absolutely fantastic service. The new vehicle had been taken for roadworthy and registration, and they had the vehicle washed and polished. Absolutely amazing service. A BIG shoutout to Nandi and Brett from Nissan Edenvale. You guys were absolutely wonderful!! Thank you guys so much for making this such a seamless and stress-free purchase. Everyone from Nissan Edenvale, you guys were wonderful. We were even served coffee while we were doing all of the documentation. Thank you guys!!
