Must I collect the parts from dispatch myself?

I ordered parts from Nissan Benoni on Tuesday afternoon and was told that the parts would be there on Thursday morning. So when I called to find out if my parts were delivered I was told that the delivery was made but my parts were not on the truck. No one can tell me why my parts were not delivered. I mean I kept to my side of the deal and paid on order so why can't Nissan keep their side of the deal and deliver on time? ******* service....
