Mr

1. My car went in for a service where mechanical issues where picked up 2. My mechanical cover insurance stepped in and gave Nissan a go ahead to purchase the required parts 3. It is over a month waiting for two items on back order (Oil Seal and A/F 20lt) 4. Estimated delivery time commitment are not honoured. I was given a date in June and I am informed of a date in July for one part and the other part is still unknown 5. For over a month, I have been battling with family logistics i.e. sending kids to school and coming to work 6. I have raised this frustration with the dealer in Secunda i.e. NTT Nissan Secunda - no assistance beside conveying a message of waiting 7. I elevated my frustration to Nissan South Africa customer Care - again no tangible feedback given besides waiting 8. I wrote to Nissan MD email, no acknowledge of my email. 9. I am very fed up and frustrated. This delay is costing me and inconveniencing me heavily. People from Nissan are not take me seriously, it is all casual to them.
