I'm having endless problems with a Nissan qashqai. It's been in and out from a dealer 3 times in 11 months. Now from the 27 August 2021 it has been in till today. When I asked Solomon lethuba from Nissan SA about progress in getting it fixed as it is under warranty. He laughed at me he really showed me how unprofessional he is in his position. I do like to escalate matter to senior who can explain to me how can my vehicle be in for repairs for 7weeks and no courtesy vehicle been issue to me.i am really feeling sorry for myself in buying a Nissan brand. I will never ever in my life history buy Nissan again. Service is pathetic and no progress update you get from them
