Money ****** from the Car

Before now, I never had any problems with Nissan Klerksdorp where one of our company cars has been going for service for years, over the years we have received nothing but great service from the Nissan Team in Klerksdorp. All that quickly changed when I took our Nissan NP300 for service on the 23rd April. I left some money in the car as I have usually done over the years when bringing this car for service, unfortunately this time someone stole the money from the car, which really shocked me as I have never experienced nor expected this from Nissan as a long -time client. I raised this with the lady who was helping me but she refused to even entertain the topic, I was dismissed and treated like an inconvenience. I am not expecting Nissan to take any responsibility for the money whatsoever, I acknowledge that it was my mistake to leave the money in the car as it was made clear to not leave any valuables, having said that I don't expect a reputable company like Nissan to handle the matter in the way that it was handled by your Klerksdorp team. I am highly disappointed in the way this matter was carried and I doubt this is how you treat all your customers.
