MMG NISSAN QUEENSTOWN BAD SERVICE

It is unfortunate that Mila and the technicians at Queenstown Nissan take advantage of senior citizens who that thier car for service or repairs at Queenstown Nissan. My father whom is a senior citizen took his vehicle ( Nissan xtrail) for a clutch replacement , after he quoted the clutch replacement was later advised that the flywheel needed to be changed too which was understandable which came up to just over R34 000 . Now after the replacement they tried to milk him an extra R15 000 saying his front shaft assembly is bent and the is having high engine vibration which shows they didn't do a good task because the car idling has high vibration. The car engine was running well before and the only snag that they picked up was the clutch when they too the car. I'm disappointed on Nissan workmanship and abuse on older people. I'm disappointed on Mila as an service advisor.
