Is Nissan keeping up on its warranty promise?

I am still waiting for warranty repairs to be carried out, roughly a month after the vehicle was booked at Nissan Woodmead.
My emails remain unanswered, copying the [Email Removed] yields no response either. Sample below:

Hi Andre

Following up on the completion of the repairs and installation of the radio. It has been almost three weeks.

Please add to the list of warranty repairs:

othere seem to be something loose either in the driver's door or the right passenger's door. Please check

Kindly forward this email to your colleague who is handling the vehicle servicing, I did not get her name.

-----
06 Jan 2016

Hi Andre,

As per our telephonic conversation on Monday the 4th Jan:
...

Please attend to the following on the vehicle (warranty repairs as necessary):

There is a noticeable \shudder\" when the car is put in first gear and than accelerated from standing, during the release of the clutch pedal. This is mostly noticeable if starting on uphill and applying more power
Both left and right rear door windows seem to wobble when opened/closed
Carpet at back seem to be coming off again
Please attend to the both right door black stickers..."
