I'm never setting foot at BB Nissan Gezina

Nissan SA call the service manager at BB Nissan Gezina to order...

He is rude, has no people's skills and uses company vehicles for personal use, not even afraid to tell customers that he doesn't care how long they have to wait to be dropped off because he doesn't care where they are going, it is not his problem.

He even offered your contact details for me to make a complaint, because he doesn't care what I do with the matter.

I was offered transport when I booked my car in, and was told to arrive before 8. But still had to wait for over 40minutes to ask about transport and then get told I must just wait, what kind of service is that. Two drivers available but only one working coz the manager uses the other car for personal use.

Hope this complaint reaches the correct ears because this is not happening for the first time, this is happening for the second time.
