I'm disappointed in Nissan South Africa

I am so disappointed with the service i have received from Nissan South Africa since October up to date. My car is sitting at Nissan Hatfield as we speak and Nissan has drastically failed to assist me as they rejected my warranty claim for a oil transmission pipe which was damaged how I do not know and they are telling me that the claim is and unwarranted claim. The problem happened in December as I was on my way to Durban for holiday and I had just left my house going on the R21 when my car started loosing power and I contacted Nissan Hatfield as they are the ones that always services my car. The lady that always helps me when my car is in for service and is always helpful and she is the best thing currently at Nissan (Itumeleng Raphotle) suggested that I postpone the trip and bring the car in so they can check what could have been the problem. I called my insurance to come tow my car away which they did, on that process of towing the car we noticed that they was an oil leak and it seemed as if it was transmission oil. The car was taken back to Nissan Hatfield where Itumeleng has been trying assist me with everything including putting in a claim with Nissan South Africa to assist me. Nissan South Africa feels that my claim is an unwarranted claim and the funny part is that i do not even have access to have damaged the pipe myself. I have requested for Nissan to give me a courtesy car which in turn has been rejected as well and i have requested then for them to deliver the pipe that is making my car fail to move and Nissan is telling me they do not have the parts to fix my car. As I speak i am carless and my job requires that i have a car and Nissan as a very *********** service provider has failed to assist me and my car has been sitting in their workshop since 22 December 2021 . I feel that i could have purchased a different brand of a car as other dealerships has never given me a problem that i have encountered now. I feel Nissan is just trying to come up with excuses not to assist me and I feel as if I am disappointed and disrespected by Nissan South Africa who currently are telling me that the cooler pipe will only be delivered sometime in Feb 2022. Nissan South Africa can do better and i had believed it is a good brand and i would not suffer the way that I have suffered in the hands of this company. I lost a lot of money in December and currently i am also loosing money as i cannot work because I need to be mobile to be able to work.
