<p>I bought a vehicle from Nissan Sinoville as a 2014 model. Then it came to light that it is acutally a 2013 model according to the sold date by Volkswagen, as well as the insurance company.</p> <p>Nissan does not want to solve this and refuses to accept responsibility of selling and advertising *******ly and de*****ing the public.</p> <p> </p>

Please note that all Nissan dealerships are privately owned and multi franchised. This means that they are authorised to sell different Brands. Therefore Nissan S.A does not have any jurisdiction over Non Nissan products sold within our dealer network.
We have however escalated the matter to the Dealer Principle of BB Nissan Sinoville, Mr Renier Engelbrecht who confirmed that the Volkswagen vehicle you purchased was first registered in 2014 as per the Natis documents provided. The warranty of the vehicle was pre-reported by Volkswagen on their system.
Please note that we will not be in a position to assist with the rectification of the warranty start date on the Volkswagen system.

This vehicle was sold by Volkswagen on 31/10/13 and that is the year model and when it's guarentee started.
According to insurance as well as Volkswagen 2013 is the year model and Nissan sold it to me as a 2014 model?
