As per Section 45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 I have suffered for years trying to unsubscribe, I have proof of 3 emails in the least year where I sent unsubscribe and yet Nissan still feels they are above the law... Should I spam back with 1000 unsubs per minute for a few days so you can get the message?

I will now be taking legal action as the act states due to unsubscribing numerous times before, this is now not only harassment, but cyber harassment. And I NEVER opted in for marketing material and yet you still try...

I dare you... send me a single message once the POPI act comes into effect and I WILL have my day in court
