I regret buying a nissan

Ealier this year I sent my Nissan NV350 in for ove heating repair in Nissan Springs and and the car stayed there for about 2 weeks and the car is over heating again just a few months down the line when I was charged +-R27 000. This morning I took the car in again for Centre Bearing and Over heating and I was told I'd have the car by the end of the day. Hours later I call them because no one bothered to communicate with me and I'm told I must buy a new engine. Further investigating as to Why must I buy a new engine...only to find the lady Krista doesn't even know which vihecle I'm talking about. I really regret buying a Nissan and I will never again buy a Nissan. Their treatment and prices go by skin colour. I really regret buying a Nissan
