I need the public to know that the dealership didnt explain to me the terms and conditions but they put it down on your contract in small writing so it's hard for you to see

I have purchased a Nissan NP 200 from Nissan CMH in Durban 4 years ago the dealer said to me the vehicle has a warrantee of 6 years so I noticed my petrol cap was faulty so they repaired it my number plate light had water going inside so they approved the claim but my seat is torn due to a metal piece that's protruding through the seat they say the seat is not under warrantee I also noticed an older vehicle with the same problem another sad issue is that services on a vehicle the air filter is just cleaned at 15000kms 30000kms the plugs is not changed at every 15000kms intervals when asked they said it's only changed at major service so I had 86000kms and my vehicle was missing so I braught it up with CMH Durban so they took my vehicle in and serviced it as a 90000kms service
