I have been Misled, disappointed, denied accountability, broken trust, no meaningful resolution, poor customer service, refusal to take responsibility, misrepresentation and lack of transparency.

I am extremely disappointed by the manner in which my complaint was handled by Nissan Stas, Nissan South Africa and Nissan World Wide.

I purchased a Nissan NP200 in 2023, The salesperson Kevin Malope made representations prior sale in good faith. However, after tale, I discovered discrepancies between what I understood I was purchasing and what was ultimately reflected in the consented documentation. This has left me feeling misled and severely prejudiced as a customer.

What is most concerning is not only the dispute itself, but Nissan's apparent unwillingness to take ownership of the matter or provide a fair and reasonable resolution. Despite numerous attempts to engage constructively, I have been met with responses that appear aimed at avoiding responsibility rather than addressing the substance of my complaint.

As a loyal customer, I expected honesty, transparency, and a genuine effort to resolve the matter. Instead, I have experienced delays, deflection, and a lack of accountability. The impression I am left with is that my trust as a consumer was exploited, resulting in me purchasing an asset under circumstances that I believe were not properly or clearly communicated.

The financial implications of this matter are significant, but even more damaging is the loss of trust. A vehicle purchase is one of the largest investments many consumers make, and customers should be able to rely on the information provided by a dealership when making such an important decision.

I am sharing this experience to caution prospective buyers to carefully scrutinize every representation, quotation, and contract provided during the sales process, and to ensure that what is promised is exactly what is recorded in the final agreement.

To date, I remain dissatisfied with the manner in which this matter has been handled and with the lack of meaningful assistance provided by both the dealership and Nissan South Africa.
