I have a RMI Workshop in George and look after the local Fidelity ADT fleet of 75 Nissan NP200 bakkies. I bought an air conditioner low pressure hose from Nissan in George as it is a common problem on these vehicles. The hose started leaking whilst being under their parts warranty. I bought another hose and repaired the vehicle. They refuse to process a parts claim as I did not follow their warranty procedure. I was never informed of this warranty process when I bought the second hose and informed the Salesman that it was a parts claim. Neither does this warranty process/terms reflect anywhere on the tax invoice for the second hose I bought. I have asked for the matter to be escalated but they are not returning my e-mails.

Dear Deon, thank you for sharing your concerns. As confirmed by your case manager the required component have not been fitted by a Nissan dealer and in order for us to review the possible parts failure claim the complete component and related brackets needs to be inspected by a Nissan dealership. Once it has been confirmed that the part failed due to a Material defect, will the claim be reviewed with the stipulated facts. The dealer confirmed that they only received the pipe and not the related brackets and for this reason the claim can not be concluded. Kind regards Nissan S.A

Dear Nissan S.A.
Your statement above is incorrect with regard to the failed part supp**** to the George Branch as the failed pipe that i returned has the exact same fittings as the new original. There are no additional brackets attached to this pipe.
Maybe you should ask your Parts Department to supply you with a new pipe and obtain the pipe from the George Dealer and compare the two before making untrue statements on a Public Platform.
Will you actually take the trouble THIS TIME to do a proper investigation and come back with actual/factual positive outcome on my parts claim once you have discovered that the failed hose and the newly supp**** hose looks exactly the same, no brackets involved here!
Kind Regards
