Horrible service from Nissan South Africa and Nissan Springs

We experienced a problem with Nissan Springs who charged us for licensing and did not deliver, They charged us extra to get a new license. We reported them to Nissan South Africa who initially showed interest and then after numerous attempts of trying to get hold of them they responded saying the vehicle isn't a Nissan and they cant help . We bought the vehicle from their second hand division. Nissan Springs has been absolutely pathetic from sales team to the dealer principal. The sold us a vehicle and double charged us for licensing. they refused to pay the ticket which was caused by their delay.

I don't recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

They dont value their clients. Nissan South Africa is no better, Its their brand and they couldnt care less
