Help needed.

I bought a new Qashqai from Milnerton Nissan. I live in Pretoria and flew down to fetch the vehicle. It then turned out that there was a damaged window strip which the saleslady promised would be ordered and then forwarded to a Nissan branch near me to be fitted. It's now more than A month later and I have had no feedback. On enquiry I found out that the saleslady is no longer with Milnerton Nissan. I sent an email to the dealer principle to which I have had no reply either. Your assistances will be greatly appreciated.
