Great Service - Going the extra mile

This report is to congratulate Nissan Hatfield on GREAT Service. We wanted a 2nd car, and cant take off work to test drive. Werner came to our house after hours to bring us the car to test drive it. We then decided to buy the Nissan Tiida. He assisted us further with applying for finance and kept us updated every step of the way. When we got approved - he delivered the car - again at our house. When we drove the car into our driveway - there was a funny noise. We called Werner immediately and he assured us he will send a driver to my place of work to collect the car and bring a loan car - they did just that the following day. The Driver (Stephen) was also very friendly and helpful. So the next day Stephen brought my car back and it was fixed. <br> I would drive past the Nissan Gezina branch (had a bad experience there) any time just to get to Nissan Hatfield!<br> Well Done on great service!
