Good customer care by NISSAN South Africa

Hellopeter.

I would like to give thanks to NISSAN South Africa customer care representative, Ms Danitha Coetzee, Mr Jereld (Sales rep), Ms Debbie (Workshop Manager) and her team from Thompson Nissan-Port Shepstone who went the extra mile by ensuring that I got the best service when my vehicle needed to be replaced with a brand new engine.

My vehicle was at their workshop for three weeks (awaiting for a brand new engine to be installed) and all this time I was kept informed about the progress by Debbie and Danitha up until my vehicle was ready for collection. For that I give them 10/10 rating.
