Fuel pump noise of Nissan Magnite (BR10) 2024

I have a Nissan Magnite Acenta manual 2024 and I hear a whistling sounds coming from the fuel tank. The sound is audible both when idling and when being on the road. A mechanic that checked it at Nissan franchise told me it's a normal sound of a fuel pump. On the fourth of October 2024 I took it to Nissan dealer I was told that it was lack of an oil and on 11th of October 2024 I took it back to the dealership, I was told that it's a normal sound of fuel pump. I told them that its not a normal. I informed Nissan South Africa about the issue. I even send them an audible clip of the noise it is making. I was advised take the car back to the dealership so the the dealership can advise them on what is the problem. I took the car to the dealership to be checked again. On the 25 October 2024. I called Nissan South Africa to check if the car have been fixed. The dealership informed Nissan South Africa that the car was diagnosed and has no problem. The fuel pump still makes noise and Nissan South Africa is fine about it and I should tolarate. When I arrived at the dealership I asked to speak with the technician who worked on the car to my big surprise one of the employees told me that the car was never touched since morning. The car was never checked. For two days I had to use public transport while my car was at the dealership not being attended. The false report or information was given to Nissan and the same Nissan don't want to listen to my concern. I want Nissan South Africa to take responsibilities and fix the car.
