********** tracker product

I bought car Nissan Qashqai in Tygervalley 15th October.In terms of salesman with Theo everything was good.The finance guy Sean Gibbs sold me product from Matrix tracker.The salesman Sean convinced me to take this tracker and pay R3500 once off which there will be no extra installment on my car. I feel this was ********** and unprofessional to sell me incorrect product.The money was paid at Nissan Tygervalley but the product is Matrix tracker. It's been more than month’s since I told him to refund me my R3500.He doesn't pick my calls now and I'm paying tracker which was incorrectly sold by Nissan employee which we trust them because we give them our confidentiality.Nissan please speak to this guy to organize my refund. I'm very disappointed and being used poorly ****************.
