Faulty Nissan Magnite Acenta Plus 2021 1.0 Turbo CVT

On 7 Dec 2021, I purchased a new Nissan Magnite 1.0 Turbo CVT with some extra's added to the vehicle. I drove the vehicle off the show-room floor at around 16:40 that afternoon. At 17:57 a fault error appeared on my display stating "Check Hill start assistance", one minute later another fault error message appeared stating "Check ESC". I called the sales person who I bought the vehicle from and he told me to check the vehicle in a couple of minutes as I was at the shop at the time and if it appears again I must call him back. At 19:02 I drove back home and the same 2 error messages appeared and then a 3rd one appeared with the message "Check Anti-pollution system"...this error popped up whilst I was speaking to the Nissan Sales Person who I bought the vehicle from. The vehicle was collected from me the following day to take to the service department to sort out the issues. On Friday 10 December 2021 I was told that the vehicle is fixed and that they drove about 50 or 60km with the vehicle and it is now okay. I collected the vehicle on the 10th December and after about 2 hours, the error messages appeared again and the car became sluggish where I almost didn't make it back to the Nissan dealership as they vehicle felt like it was losing its power completely and almost feeling like it is coming to a stand-still. It is now the 14th December, one week after I purchased my new vehicle and I'm still without it, it is still sitting in the workshop. Today I was told that they could possibly help me with a replacement but that it would be a lower spec vehicle and that the finance team need to redo the numbers etc.

I'm just finding it very frustrating that I purchased a brand new vehicle and haven't had the experience of driving this vehicle and that Nissan SA is just quiet during this whole process.

Good morning - thanks for the reply Nissan and someone did indeed call me but I'm still not satisfied as my issues have still not been resolved. Today is the 21st December and I still don't have my vehicle. I'm being told that my brand new vehicle's computer box has to be replaced but the computer needs to be imported and will only arrive at the end of January 2022? In the meanwhile, I explicitly told the dealer that I will not take ownership of that vehicle and that I want a new one - now no-one can tell me when the next shipment is arriving which is unacceptable. I also deal with Imports and Exports and there are many ways to get info from shipping lines and agencies, thus I cannot believe that no-one knows where the ship is that was supposed to come in by the 17th December already - this is the ship where my new vehicle is supposedly on.

My personal experience with Nissan has been exceptionally bad and I will never purchase another Nissan again and everyone who knows me knows the experience I've had to date and also advised that they will never purchase a Nissan...so as long as this issue is dragging out, the more people will get to know this story and eventually stay away from Nissan.

I am willing to remove the posts if my issues can be resolved immediately without just empty promises.
