Faulty Alternator

JB's Nissan from Malmesbury, replaced my cars engin end of July 2014. They also replaced the fanbelt, as on my invoice. Last week, I drove on the N1, and then my car stopped all of a sudden. I got the unsurance to tow my car in and they took it to the nearest garage - only to realize that my fanbelt was in peaces, because it run down scew, because the alternator bracket was sitting scew. It was an immergancy, so there was not time to take it back to JB's Nissan, because obviously their work must be under guarantee. The garage, who fixed my car, went to get the CORRECT bracket, that the alternator is suppost to sit on and they replaced the FANBELT and bearings in the alternator, because it was damaged. My car is due for a service only in 4000km time. I wanted to take it to JB's Nissan for a service, but will never do that again. I send Jolene from JB's Nissan an email about this incident on 11 Feb 2015, which went throught. Normally they will get back to me the same day, but today is the 18th of Feb and nobody rep****. I think they must pay for my repairs, which worked out R2330 - I have the invoice as proof. I heard from people in Malmesbury that their service is bad.
