False promises

I purchased a vehicle last year from McCarthy Nissan Gateway and was happy with the service hence my hubby reffered his brother to them to purchase a vehicle and he did last month, we were told that if we gave a referral we would get R1000 in a gift card which I feel is false information as we did not get the gift card instead I was told that they did not add it on my brother in laws deal and I did speak to the Manager Kevin who told me he would sort it out but its been a while and they are not helpfull, to top that off I traded my vehicle which took a while to get and I am not happy with the overall service, I feel when its a customers money they just take it as if we do not work hard for it but when it comes to them giving a customer the gift card that was promised they just have no interest, Stop telling your customers about this benefit if you just going to make them dance for it.
