False advertising

In 2015 enquired about the then new qashqai. Nissan SA referred. E to imperial Nissan parow to test drive the vehicle, I ended up buying the car. Now 2years down the line en route to a Dr's appointment to meet up with my pregnant wife, my car did want to start, I unfortunately couldn't make the appointment my car had to be towed back to imperial Nissan parow to find the fault. Keep in mind that was the Thursday, Monday I have received a call from them this after I phoned them since Thursday afternoon when my car arrived there.

Friday afternoon I was fed up with bad service and lodge a complaint with Nissan SA. They responded Monday morning after I phoned imperial Nissan for a update on my car. During the day, on Monday after my conversation with Nissan SA, I received 3 calls one of them from the service manager to give me an update on my car.

Since Friday when they started working on my car. They found a few errors but would get back to me if they can find the problem. Monday morning after my first call they located the problem to the fuel pump that needed to be replaced, a part was ordered and would only arrive by Wednesday afternoon. Them only can I get my car.

My complaint to Nissan SA was that I haven't received a courtesy car since my car got to the dealership. Nissan'response was that they would follow it up and get back to me but also try and escalate the matter.

Now that info was send of to Nissan SA for n loan vehicle for the repairs on my qashqai, they turn around and say that they have a turnaround time of 48hr for these responses, after 48hrs my vehicle will probably be fixed already, is that the plan nissan?

My pregnant wife needs to walk to and from work, I can't commute to work as the qashqai was my only means of transportation, and my 2year old can't go to creche or his Christmas party.

Thank you you Nissan for leaving me stranded and not committing to your after sales promise which you did not keep.

Please who ever read this message do not buy a new or used Nissan they do not keep their promises. And will leave you without a vehicle for long periods of time.

Mark

So I got my car back a day earlier than expected, they only response from Nissan SA was to set their story straight to say that they have 48hours to respond after they have received any info regarding my vehicle and what needed to be repaired then only can they arrange a car for this is 6 days after my car got to imperial Nissan parow 5 days after they attended to my vehicle, only on the 5th day was information allegedly send to Nissan SA. I had to go back to work the Monday otherwise I had to pay back the money, for 2 days I had to Uber back and forth just over R300 a day, wil they even reimburse me..... That might not be part of their "assurance". It would be nice.... But Ja I don't think they are that generous... Thank you imperial Nissan parow for the work that you did eventhough my Guage was messed up, even though I had to go back to you, I hope you improve on your services I hope you employ people with some people s****s, I hope you try and do better. I understand that you are swamped with work. But try and treat everyone with respect. Mark
