Extremely Bad after sale service at BB Sinoville

Tail lamp, cluster, front park lights, not working on my Np200, took it to BB Sinoville as it is a emergency when a car is not have main lights it can be taken off the road ..

Im told I will have to wait for an unknown time because they have 40 cars waiting to be attended Car is still on manufactures warranty 46000km on the clock

(The same vehicle generates R4000 a day to pay for its bills)
