Experience with Nissan Woodmead And Nissan SA

I bought Nissan X trail in 2020 From Nissan Woodmead which I was told it's a Demo, from 2024 the paint in front on the Bonnet started fading we took it for evaluation we were told the car was resprayed.I t went to Nissan Woodmead to report this they came with issues that it must be that the car is parked in the sun I told them the car is never parked in the Sun. Then they said I must come with the report from the panel beater that the car was resprayed, which I did. I took the report to the service manager who told me that he has reported the matter to Nissan Europe, making me a fool. He then said I should not discuss this issue with anyone else in the dealership except him he is waiting for the authorization. I kept on calling him he then said he has arranged for Dekra ,he came up with stories that Dekra needs 48 hour bookings I called Dekra to find out all about this procedure and again I was a fool. During all this I was also talking to Nissan SA which they didn't help. I then received a message from Nissan Woodmead that the repainting was not approved as the car was out of warranty, bare in mind that the si called service manager said he is waiting for the booking of Dekra. Nissan Head office then came back and said Nissan Woodmead is saying they can only attend to this claim if I take the car to Dekra myself which I did. Dekra report confirmed that the car was resprayed Nissan Head office was given that report. Nissan Head office came back and said Nissan Woodmead is saying they know that the car was resprayed. We asked for 160 report the head office said Nissan Woodmead is refusing and they can't force them. This is to show that Nissan Head office has no power at all to these dealerships I have been played and made a fool and treated unfairly. My conclusion Nissan SA failed me, Nissan Woodmead very unfaithful Service manager and ****s.
