Exceptional service

I would like to express my utter gratitude to Yaseer, the kind, friendly and professional gentleman at the Service centre in Worcester (Breede Valley), for his willingness to help in my hour of need! I took off my ring (of sentimental value) before applying sunscreen while sitting in the car and it fell unexpectedly onto the opening at the hand brakes. I started to panick because it was impossible to reach it through the tiny opening. Because it was a work vehicle, my worse fear was not being able to retrieve it before returning it. I drove to Nissan, with the profound hope to at best, be greeted with "annoyance", due to it being an unrelated matter to what they are doing business in. Yaseer was really very welcoming and, without any hesitation, calmly asked where the car was, went to fetch his tools and easily removed the part at the hand brake. My excitement knew no bounds at the sight of my ring! I was beyond relief and gratefulness, thanks to this kind gentleman, who was willing to assist a random client. I sincerely appreciate his kind gesture, from the bottom of my heart! It's heart warming to still encounter such amazing service and even better, such kind human beings.
