Excellent Service

On the 15 November 2017 I was on my way to Sabie from Pretoria. As I entered Lydenburg, I stopped at the Sasol garage to refuel. When I pulled away, about 2 blocks further, my vehicle Renault Clio started to smoke a lot in the engine compartment and the red light went on on my dashboard. I stop right across the street from Nissan. Not knowing they are the agents for Renault. I ask the person at the spare department if he can send a technician to have a look at my vehicle. Immediately the technician assist me. He had a look and asked me to pull my vehicle across the street onto the ramp. They determine that the crank pulley and fan belt is broken. The could not get the correct part in the area but they assisted me by giving me the correct details of parts to purchase in Pretoria. They assist us to get descent accommodation at the Ikhanda Guest House. in town. They took us their with their vehicle. Two properties from their is a very nice restaurant Jam Jar. Nice food for very descent prices. What I appreciate about it is that I am disabled (walking difficulty) so it was close enough for me to walk their to eat and back. The next day my sister in law brought me the parts from Pretoria. It didn't took them very long and the vehicle was fixed. Thank you Mr Jimmy Ward and your team for the good assistance.
