Efficient assistance with Nissan radio code

My grand Livina radio required a code to reset after taking out a battery terminal. Most options were gonna be too long and costly. I phoned Eastval Auto (Nissan dealership) in Bethal for assistance. A guy by the name of Christiaan was very helpful when I mentioned to him that I have the radio's serial number. He took my car's VIN number and the serial number of the radio as well as my contact details. In less than 30 minutes he came back to me with the code that I was looking for.
