Eben S Feedback on Case logged with Nissan South Africa

Can somebody from Nissan South Africa Client Care please contact me on an urgent basis in connection with Case number 010 99 772 Despite several messages left to phone me back as well as requests by e-mail to respond to my mails, NOTHING happens. I am in urgent need to speak to a case manager re feedback as to the status of the above mentioned case. If I do not receive a call shortly, I will have no other choice than to list here all the problems I am experiencing with Nissan
