DO NOT PURCHASE NP200 MAJOR GEARBOX ISSUES

Worst vehicle company in SA purchased a Nissan np200 about a year and a half ago and not even 80 000km on the clock the gearbox is giving issues, as a company that needs a vehicle on the road every day as we work with insurance companies Nissan has now had my vehicle 3 months and are full of stories wanting me to pay for the repairs as I missed one service, Nissan can not provide any documents stating that during a service the gearbox is removed and serviced yet are stating no longer under warranty as I missed a minor engin service for plugs and oil they refuse to do the repairs, I have suffered major financial loss due to them draging there feet as I have been pay the vehicle every month and also has staff sitting at home getting paid due to them needing a vehicle to work Since I logged my complaint Nissan SA has not even bothered to call me with updates I have been dealing with the dealer and they have been very helpful yet are also continue to struggle to get answers

DO NOT PURCHASE NISSAN VEHICLES AS THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT THERE NP200 HAS A MAJOR ISSUE AND A FAST GOOGLE SEARCH PROVIDED INFO ON THIS WITH THE MASSIVE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS

Nissan can keep there ******* and refund me my deposit and payments over the last year and I will look for another vehicle as this is not acceptable

Your information is not correct as only the 1st 2 service were missed the vehicle is in for the 75000 and the gearbox is faulty as a manufacturer fault and this has nothing to do with an oil change
Please show me un black and white were you would have worked/serviced the vehicle gearbox on the 2 missed services that would have caused a gearbox failure within a year and a half
You people are taking a chance and as someone who build cars and works on them know a gearbox should not fail in 80000 km you can as per my complaint input into Google nissan np200 gearbox issue and see the hundreds of complaints regarding gearbox issues within 2yrs or purchasing
YOU CAN KEEP YOUR **** VEHICLE AND REFUND ME AND I WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE YOU HAVE HAD MY CAR 3 MOTHNS AND THIS HAS CAUSED MAJOR FINANCIAL ISSUES TO MY COMPANY AND I WILL BE LOOKING AT MY LEGAL OPTIONS TO RECOVER LOST REVENUE DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE FROM NISSAN SA AS YOU PEOPLE HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME ONCE IN 3 MOTHNS AND GET THE DEALERSHIP TO CONTACT ME AFTER THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOU 2 OR 3 TIMES FOR ANSWERS AND YOU NOW EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS ON A BRAND NEW CAR NO CHANCE AS I SAID KEEP IT I WANT MY MONEY BACK

You still going on about the service THE GEARBOX IS NOT SERVICED UNDER THE SERVICE SO EVEN IF A SERVICE WAS MISSED IT STILL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A GEARBOX ISSUE
PLEASE SEND ME THE SERVICE DOCUMENTS WERE IT STATES IN THE SERVICES MISSED THAT YOU SERVICE THE VEHICLE GEARBOX
YOU DONT YOU PEOPLE CHANGE OIL AND PLUGS AND THAT IS IT NO ACTUAL SERVICE IS DONE TO ANY MECHANICAL PARTS AND YOUR SERVICES ONLY COVER OIL AND BELTS SO TO USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE TO NOT FIX A CLEAR DISIGN FAULT IS BEOND A JOKE

as per last response and above
1- send me a full service list of what is covered when a vehicle is SERVICED including clear indicators of when and what is done to service the gearbox and at how many km do you pull the gearbox and service it ?
2 - I no longer want the vehicle as it is not even 2yrs old and as we are a security company need reliable vehicles and this nissan np200 is clearly badly designed from all the complaints on hellopeter and Google
3 - I will be looking into my legal options to recover lost earnings due to lack of service of you people having my vehicle for 3 MONtHS just to have expectations I should pay for something that will clearly in another 1 and half years fail again NO THANKS KEEP YOUR FAULTY CAR no wonder production of np200 has stopped
4 - As a big company get someone to actually call me as the client to discuss the way forward as nissan sa clearly doesn't know anything about customer service ( I will gladly assist with this as I work in a service industry and all my clients are happy with constant updates on their claims) and you people can call me once yet want to send answers on here
