Do not buy from Nissan!!!!

My experience in dealing with Nissan has been nothing short of torture. In Aug i bought a brand new Nissan Magnite.It was not even a month in old and only had 1100 kms on the clock when it experienced major engine failure. It was immediately towed to my local dealer to investigate. After a week of no feedback we enquired and were finally told that the engine will have to be rebuilt. We immediately dismissed it and requested the vehicle be replaced.We also logged a dispute with the Head office (ref***) on the 16th of September. Since then it has been a waiting game. There has been virtually zero feedback from both the dealer and the head office. We have written a mail to the MD complaints email with no feedback at all.There is no feedback unless we call then and then it always is for us to wait until they make a decision.It has been two months without a vehicle and any sort of constructive word from Nissan at all. As soon as they have your money any sort of interest in you as a customer evaporates.This will be my last ever Nissan I buy....
