Distress and ongoing suffering caused by IC Auto Nissan Roodepoort (Clearwater)

I purchased a vehicle at the IC Auto Nissan Roodepoort (Clearwater) on the day of delivery (22/03/2024) i informed the salesman that i was not happy with the vehicle and had identified a few things that were missing, the car needed new brake pads, no shocks on the rear drivers side tyre, the front tyres thread was low, the front silver trimming was missing and the Nissan branded cover/cap was missing on the rear drivers tyre and pictures were also sent to the salesman for reference. The relevant parts were ordered, and the car was booked in on 08/04/2024 the vehicle was at the dealership's workshop for 2 and a half weeks returned on 24/04/2024 once the vehicle was returned i advised the dealership that i am not happy with the vehicle as the vehicle has rattling sounds and the brakes were still squeaking each time the vehicle comes to a stop. I visited the dealership numerous times to get the rattling issue addressed, on 27/05/2024 i went to the dealership once more and communicated to the salesman that i was no longer interested in keeping the vehicle and want a deal cancellation on this vehicle. On 04/06/2024 the vehicle was booked into the dealership's workshop to investigate rattling issue, the vehicle spent a further week at the workshop for these repairs. 3 Days after the vehicle was returned the rattling sound returned and once again i went to the dealership to advise that the issue persisted. On 25/06/2024 i met with the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager who advised that they will rather trade in the NISSAN MAGNITE 1.0T ACENTA CVT 2022 for a similar vehicle and requested that i send him my details via email, this required information was sent to him on the same day of the meeting with an action on their end to get a settlement letter from the financing bank. On 02/07/2024 I followed up with the manager and provided the settlement letter to him as this seemingly had not been done and raised further grievances with regards to whether the vehicle had been in an accident and the dissatisfaction I was experiencing due to the non-prioritisation of my issue. The manager advised that he will work on putting a deal together for me and this was never done to date I have not received any response or trade-in deal from the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager at IC Auto Nissan Roodepoort (Clearwater). Out of frustration and the mental stress I was experiencing due to the non-prioritisation of my issue I eventually resorted to selling the vehicle to We Buy Cars which resulted to a shortfall of just under R50 000.00 which I had to refinance by taking a further loan. Upon the vehicle inspection by We Buy Cars they identified that the car had been resprayed on the bonnet, front bumper and the driver side panel which is something that was never disclosed to me during the sale of the car. As a result I am still suffering due to the actions of IC Auto Nissan Roodepoort (Clearwater) as I am unable to purchase another car until the shortfall has been paid off, the ripple effect is further felt by my 6 year old daughter cause as I single mother I had to make other arrangements for her to get to school daily, while I make use of public transport to get to work.
