DISHONESTY & BAD SERVICE
I bought a Demo car last year end of November 2018, Nissan Juke ACENTA 1.2. It had a problem with the bumper, of which we realized after signing the release forms. they took the pictures and booked it with OFS AUTO REPAIRS in Bloemfontein to be attended to...Few days later the same problem occurred. i made them aware and they since said I should wait for their call to confirm the bookings again.
It is end of February and I am still waiting.
In the second week of January, the radio system just stopped working. I went there to report it and I was told they will call me to confirm the booking. Two weeks passed by without hearing from them. in that two weeks i went there to hear if the bookings were done but when Sakhele (sales person) calls to find out why they haven't called they would tell him they did and my phone was on voicemail the whole time.
I asked that they call while waiting there with him, without confirming my numbers to them and they said my phone was still on vm. then Sakhele called it, it rang.
I was told to bring it the following day in the morning and i did. later on i got a call saying the system is damaged and i had to pay R21k for repair as they had found a coin inside the CD player board towards the bonnet. After further investigations it was ruled that the coin findings are impractical so they will order a new system and i will get it in two days without paying for it.
It has been a month and a couple of weeks waiting. They do not call or sms to give any updates unless I go passby.
So, the experience with Nissan NTT Bloemfontein is appalling and many are times I needed to return the car as it has got issues yet I am paying over R4K a month for it.
