Dishonest and poor service

Sjoe. Where do I start. I took my Nissan Tiida to Milnerton Nissan due to an airbag recall. The lady there told me the airbags were not dangerous and they were replacing them as a precaution. That was a lie. These Takata airbags have been recalled worldwide because they risk killing people. I didn't argue. Then I was called to collect the car. Went and waited about half hour because 'they were still busy with the car'. Why call and tell me you're done if you're not? The service centre lady came to me while I waited, said that I would receive a message to rate Nissan's service after a day or so and that anything below 5 out of 5 was unacceptable. Then she gave me a bunch of nissan handouts. I thought she was quite forward but left it. When the car was finally ready, I checked it and found they had vacuumed part of the carpet off the boot backing board. I showed them and they were reluctant to accpet. I told them that I would find a way to glue it back on but otherwise was disappointed this had happened. No apology from them. I then asked where the paperwork was showing the work they had done so I could keep proof that the deadly airbag had been replaced. They said they didn't have any but could email it. I then told the same lady who told me that I had to rate them 5 out of 5 that I can't give them a good rating as I had wait so long, they had damaged my boot and they didn't have paperwork. Guess what, I couple days went by and I not only never received paperwork, but they also didn't send me the message to rate them. Since then I have contacted them via email and telephone 3 or 4 times, no one responds and no one returns my calls. I can confidently say that I will not promote Nissan after this experience. Their rating system is dishonest as it's clear that they only send the survey to customers who appear happy with their work, and how can a company not give you any paperwork for work they've done, nor respond to numerous emails and calls? #PoorService #NissanMilnerton.
