Dishonest and false advertising
<p>So my sister Bought a Nissan Datsun which was supposedly a Demo car, but to our shock and amu*****t the car has completed the 1st 15000km service which was done in August 2016. Now the car being on 21000km has bearing and breakpads problems which she has to fix. Not to mention the condition of the car inside, the carpet is pilling off, the seats are worn off and the gear lever really looks old. I am really asking myself if nissan indeed is a dealership or manufactorer one can trust when they selling such damaged cars from their dealership. The worse part of all is the bank is financing this car while its in such a terrible condition. Before taking this matter further to the Ombudsman i thought we should give nissan a chance to see how they can resolve this terrible service we experiencing.</p>

So I see the only remedy to our complain is to have the things my sister complained about repaired by her and use part of the warrenty. I am really finding that hard believe that a reputable organisation like Nissan would label Used cars as Demo and sell them to clients. I am really appealing to you guys to find a solution that would be more suitable for this inconvienced client whose been **** to and sold damaged goods in the process.
