Disgraceful Service

What a waste of time! I had approved finance for a vehicle from Nissan Edenvale, but while they were sorting out their paperwork etc the vehicle was sold to someone else. No one cared in the least bit, not even a phone call from the dealer principal. Worst of all Nissan SA say its not their problem I must take it up with the dealership. Surely your brand and reputation is YOUR PROBLEM!! What a disgrace!
