**************

Good day On Monday the 13th January 2020 my girlfriend took the car again back to Nissan NTT in Bloemfontein for paint peeling off the car, she was helped by “Alwyn” at the dealership, she asked for a courtesy car because the car we bought from them was giving us problems and we needed a car to get kids to school etc, Alwyn said he will check if there is an available courtesy car which we never got one, needless to say there were plenty cars at the dealership with the logo branding NTT which were being given to more important customers of different color. At this point Nissan expects us to buy a second car for if they first car is giving us problems and we are taking it back to them. I had to drive from joburg and put in a leave request to help with transporting the kids, on Friday the 17th Alwyn promised my girlfriend car will be ready at 12pm , we made plans to go fetch kids at 2pm after fetching the car, the car was still not ready at 2pm and Alwyn was ignoring us we had to get a black sales person to talk to us because Alwyn was now too busy to fix his mistakes no apologies, I am very disappointed that this is the direction Nissan is taking without training they stuff ant treating NTT like a white family business when most of its customers are black people. Very disappointed. Regards Goabaona Modise ***
