Disappointed with Nissan SA’s handling of my Magnite Kuro issue

I am extremely disappointed with the way Nissan South Africa has handled my complaint regarding my one-year-old Nissan Magnite Kuro. The radio in my vehicle stopped working, and I was told it is because “fluids” were found inside. However, no proper diagnostic report or evidence was provided to support this claim.

What frustrates me most is that the conclusion was reached without a thorough inspection – it seems they only looked at a map and finalised that fluids were the cause. My question is: how can fluids get into the radio of a car that is only a year old and still under warranty?

As a customer, I expected fairness, transparency, and professionalism from Nissan. Instead, I feel dismissed and left without a proper explanation. I am requesting Nissan SA to urgently provide a detailed diagnostic report and to clarify if this issue falls under warranty, as it should.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I hope Nissan takes accountability and resolves this issue.
