Disappointed Nissan Customer

Nissan South Africa together with Oranje Nissan Upington service suck, it's been 11 months today that Nissan can't fix my vehicle Nissan Navara i've paid R25000 to get it repaired.I drove only 3000 km now it's the same problem,stranded while on holiday.What will the excuse be this time from Nissan.
