Disappointed by Nissan South Africa - Magnite

It's 15 months today without a car and a black listed name. In September 2022 I bought a new Nissan magnite, in a month's time it broke down, Nissan collected it fixed it and returned it, in a day's time it broke again, got fixed returned and the last straw was when it broke for the third time, still in one month but they still said I should take it and threatened me with the police. I have gone from pillar to post and still have not received help even by the head office at Nissan South Africa. Am I the only one who suffered like this?

Oh! I forgot to mention that I have requested for my workshop report for all those times they fixed my car, I've only received one where they have forged my signature.

They keep promising to investigate and return to me but they never do.

I'm emotionally drained😭
